Exactly as advertised. Right-left keypad buttoms are as stated and take getting used to compared to top bottom. Touch pad is sensitive, if not too much so. Using a USB mini-mouse works wonders for useability, even when seated on a plane or couch. I did do the full memory upgrade which is a little tricky, and takes you off warranty, but it really did speed things up. Acer should really make this standard since 500K of the standard 1MB gets dedicated to video and cache. This netbook is my travel machine and carries along all my needed applications as well as the net-based ones so I am quite happy with it.
