Our Acer died after one week of use (we bought it at Office Max and then went on vacation, so had it for 3 weeks). They want us to FedEx it to them at our cost, from Hawaii, about $40 - and then they say it will take up 2-3 weeks once there. By the time we get it back 2 months of warranty will be gone, they will not extend the warranty, although it is brand new and won't boot up at all, hence very little use at all.
