I received my netbook last week and love it, except for a few problems that I am hoping other users can help me with.
First I can not connect to my home internet. It is not an Acer problem, it is a comcast problem. I took my computer to a wireless coffee shop and it worked fine there. Is anyone else having this problem. I called Comcast and they don't have a solution. It has something to do with the Ip address it is accessing...
I will mainly use this computer for travel, but wanted to have to use it at home if my other one goes out.
I do not understand why Windvd 5 is loaded on the computer. Is there a way to download movies and then watch them? I am hoping someone can help me with this.
I took another reviews advice and got rid of McAfee and loaded AVG instead. It works much faster after I removed it. I did it on my other laptop and it works 50% faster, too. It is amazing.
I love this product and for the price would recommend to anyone else...
