Purchased as a result of a review (Best Buy) in PCWorld magazine. Does everything as advertised. Small, but very sharp screen. Boots and shuts down very quickly compared to my HP Vista laptop. Not using it for anything that would tax the Atom processor. It has been plenty fast for browsing and light word processing. Battery life for the optional 6 cell battery is about twice the 2 hours PCWorld measured for the standard 3 cell battery. The big battery protrudes from the rear of the Aspire, but also provides a good hand hold when carrying without a case.
