
I have been on the phone with 4 Acer technicians with no success in getting the machine to connect to the internet. Machine is brand new. We have reinstalled the operating system and now we have moved on to a level 3 technician. They are not in today. I have already printed my return label to send this machine back to Amazon. Don't waste your money on this machine. I have since found lots of reviews with the same problem as I am having. I asked 2 different techs if they have had calls with problems like mine and both techs (as nice as they are) skirted around the answer. Acer is not acknowledging a problem at this time.
