Very poor quality. Poor customer service. The display in my Acer One stopped working after 3 weeks. That's right ... three weeks. I had to ship it to the Acer repair center (AT MY EXPENSE) where it has been sitting for 10 days (I've been calling them) without any attempt at repair. They tell me that they haven't started to work on it yet. First in ... first out. They must be very busy with other Acer computer problems. I was also informed that if a replacement display was necessary, it would be replaced with a used or refurbished display since my Acer one is considered "used" (for three weeks). It is well known that Acer is NOT one of the reliable computer brands. I took a chance, but apparently the Acer One is no exception. It follows in the same poor quality Acer tradition as the other models. You might get lucky, but then again ... you might need service like I did. Buy something else!
