I researched all of the netbooks available including Asus, HP, and Dell but found that the Acer Aspire One was both aesthetically pleasing and worked for everyone who wanted a small computer for light word processing, browsing the internet, and for travel. I was not disappointed in this netbook at all from its long battery life (6 1/2 hours!) to its great display, the keyboard which feels almost like a full size one with no hitches, and smooth operations without any lag. Windows XP runs great and the webcam works perfectly if you try it with Google Chat. I was more than happy with my purchase and am encouraging my boyfriend and others to get it too. It's been almost a week now since I've received it and I think that I got a great deal in comparison to prices for other netbooks out there.
